Kristina is a management consultant with 20 years’ experience in strategic consultancy. She has undertaken market studies and feasibility studies in heavy industries, infrastructure, telecoms, building materials, machine tools and new materials; valuations of investments in fixed telecoms assets and radio spectrum licences; due diligence on investments in tourism, water utilities and manufacturing facilities. Kristina established the telecommunications practice of Atkins Management Consultants and led the UK’s third radio spectrum auction. She holds an MBA and a PhD from the University of Lancaster. Her Doctoral research was in the modelling of the evolution of industrial networks and the emergence of clusters. She assists clients in long term planning and economic development based on industrial clusters as a main driver of economic growth and employment generation.
