Industrial Consultant, Institutional Specialist
John is a management consultant and institutional specialist with over 40 years’ global experience in the private and public sector. John has led and carried out assignments in many parts of the world including Arica, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe and the Far East in a range of sectors: metals, mining, highways, transportation, food, oil and gas and construction for major clients including owners, operators and funding agencies. John spent four years on assignments for Shell in Brunei, was in-country representative for Mittal Steel for its first acquisition of independent iron ore rights, interim general director of a steel plant in Georgia and, more recently, the institutional adviser on a major ports expansion and organisational restructuring project in Saudi Arabia. John holds a BSc in chemistry, MBA from Henley Management College, a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and is a member of the Chartered Institutes for Personnel Management, Chemistry and Management.
