Building on her background as a process control engineer, Fei has developed highly effective, innovative modelling techniques including risk-based discounted cash flow financial models and dashboard reporting tools supporting project management, planning and control. She has undertaken financial and risk modelling for many projects in the construction sector, transport infrastructure and process industries and developed database tools in support of management decisions and their implementation in day-to-day operations. She has developed risk assessment models for McLaren Automotive Technology Centre, Channel Tunnel Rail Link, A3 Hindhead Tunnel feasibility; Kings Cross Station Re-modelling; Lisbon North-South Rail Link, the Dockland Light Railway and a number of nuclear decommissioning assignments. Risk Modelling, Mathematical Modelling for Management Decisions Beata Rosinska-Raju Associate Beata holds a Master’s degree in Economics and an MBA. She is an experienced business analyst and modeller, specialising in cash flow modelling, due diligence, feasibility studies, project appraisals and development of business plans with over 20 years’ consultancy experience. Her work spans a number of heavy industries: steel, cement, copper smelters, as well as building materials and machine tools manufacture. She has analysed companies’ operations, built or reviewed their business and financial models and modelled a variety of scenarios to assess their financial implications for the business. She has advised on the privatisation of water utilities, district heating and road management operations in several countries in Eastern Europe.
